No-Shows
It is our policy to charge for no-show appointments. This fee also extends to appointments not canceled within 4 hours of your appointment.
This fee will be paid according to your membership or *treatment arrangements. For example: If you are a member, this will be charged to your source of auto debit on file. All other clients will be required to pay in person prior to their next massage.
*Personal Injury and L&I patients will personally be responsible for this fee, it will not be submitted as part of your insurance claim.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available throughout the year at our one time massage price. Once a year, from November 8th to November 18th, we offer massage gift certificates at a discounted rate. A certificate for a one hour massage will be $70, limit 10 per household.
These gift certificates can be used as stocking stuffers, birthday presents and holiday gifts. They can be given to anyone and are used as cash yet are not redeemable for cash.
