24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Back to Basics Health and Wellness enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.  In order to reschedule your appointment you must notify a Back to Basics Team Member at 949-650-0736 as soon as possible to avoid being CHARGED IN FULL by credit card or invoice for the missed appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 Hours will be charged the full rate for that appointment. Please note that all Monday appointments will require Friday notification.  We value your patronage and will always do our best to accomodate your needs.

New Client/Patients: Please note that valid credit card information is required of all new patients/clients to the clinic at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Alternatively, secure online payment for services can be made using PayPal.
