A MERGER!
As of August 1, 2018 Collier Chiropractic will be merging with
HealthSource Chiropractic®!
HealthSource Chiropractic® offers physical therapy and Chiropractic services together as a comprehensive solution for wellness, preventive care as well as pain relief. This will allow the office to provide more service, be open more hours and provide the same personal attention you have come to depend on. Their mission is to help change lives!
All your medical records are confidential, and will remain here at this office.
We will be remodeling the office in August, but will be open so that you are not inconvenienced and you can adhere to your program of care. We hope you will join us for our Open House on Wednesday evening from 6-8pm September 12, 2018. Refreshments will be served and you can meet to our Staff and tour the office.
I greatly value our relationship and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the 27 years!
