Happy New Year

From all of us here at our Monroeville Chiropractor office, I just wanted to say a quick, albeit late, Happy New Year to everyone.

One of the most common New Years resolutions that folks make is one that is related to their health. I thoroughly applaud this. Too many people neglect their health and it should finally be time that its put first. I mean think about it, most people probably take better care of their car than they do themselves. When it boils down to it though, if your car breaks down, you can simply go get a new one. You dont have that same luxury if your body breaks down.

As I tell my patients in my Penn Hills Chiropractor office, simply work hard to take care of the one you have. Its the only one you got.

Please also see this blog post as an invite. I invite you to check back every week. Ill be working hard to have a new health-related post on a weekly basis. So whether you made a healthy New Years resolution or not, I hope that what you see here is educational.

I was experiencing severe back pain mostly in my lower back and my hips also were giving me a lot of pain. I can now work every day and not experience the pain that I used to when I would bend over to grab something. Since I work as a CNA I am always moving around, I am glad now that I can do that without pain. When I started coming to see Dr. Brent he had told me that my

I have been experiencing pain in my legs, middle back and lower buttocks for about 2 years now. Having this pain interferes with me doing my everyday routines like walking and standing for long periods of time. I was referred to Dr. Brent by my niece, who has been seeing him for a couple of years. When I went for my first visit we talked about my past and he had told me that my pain was because my pelvis was out of place. He had recommended that I come in for adjustments a couple times a week.
