“Doc” has specialized post-graduate training in spinal bio-mechanics and posture related conditions. He earned his bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with high honors. He went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. After working for a year as an Associate Doctor in Illinois he returned to the area and opened Horbach Chiropractic in February of 2006 - the only clinic of its kind in southeastern Wisconsin. He and his wife Dyana enjoy travel, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. J grew up in Western Michigan, where he earned his Bachelors degree from Ferris State University. He then moved to Illinois to attend chiropractic school at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. IL, where he graduated with his Doctorate and Masters degrees.
He worked a few years as an associate before opening his own practice in the Chicago Loop. In 2016 he sold this office and moved to Fox Lake, IL with his wife, Molly. They enjoy life in Fox Lake with their daughters and their dog Watson.
While he specializes in Chiropractic, he also has a Masters Degree in Acupuncture. Additionally, he has specialized post-graduate training in spinal bio mechanics and posture related conditions, as well as bone density and fall prevention.
