Simple Scheduling and a Flat Fee
Getting a physical for school or sports could not be easier. First, call our office at 319-624-1444 to schedule an appointment. The next step is to visit our New Patient Center and download our intake forms and other paperwork.
Then you visit our office, pay a flat fee of only $30, and receive a physical. Dr. Wright will complete the necessary paperwork for the school or sports organization, and your child will be ready to join the Spartans!
