Throughout your pregnancy your baby will move all over in your belly. Baby movement, in my opinion is one of the best things about pregnancy. However, as baby gets bigger there leaves less space for large movements. They can get "stuck" in your ribs or on your hip bone. Either way this can be very uncomfortable. Below are a few exercises you can do to help create more space in your body. These exercises aim to loosen up your back muscles and hip/pelvic muscles by doing some simple mobility work.
