I see so many moms postpartum that are struggling with headaches, neck and upper back pain/tension. It is so hard to maintain good posture when you are always performing forward movements with the baby. The below exercises with help by opening up your chest and neck plus adding strength in your upper/mid back. Stretches alone won't improve your tension. Adding strength is huge for creating stability in your shoulders to help keep your shoulder back. I recommend performing 12 reps of each exercises/holding stretches for 30 seconds and repeating 2-3 times. The chest opener is a great one to perform as much as you can throughout the day.
