Malleolar Zone - bone tenderness A B
Midfoot Zone - bone tenderness C D
A. Distal 6cm of the posterior edge of the fibula OR Tip of the lateral malleolus (lateral view)
B. Distal 6cm of the posterior edge of the tibia OR Tip of the medial malleolus (medial view)
C. Base of the 5th metarsal (lateral view)
D. Navicular (medial view)
An inability to bear weight both immediately and in the emergency department for 4 steps.
