Meet the Staff

Nancy is the office manager and a multitasker extraordinaire. She has been with the practice since 1996.  Nancy's interests include fine art, knitting, and jazz.  She graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts with  BFA from University of Pennsylvania.  

Sandy is a caring Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people find relief from chronic pain, injuries, everyday stress, stiffness and fatigue. She  began her Massage Therapy career in the 20 years years where she has continued her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 20 years. Sandy is deeply committed to treating each client with integrity, care, compassion, and to help increase healing and range of motion. She offers various massage modalities such as; Swedish, and Prenatal.

Trayce has been a Massage Therapist for over 20 years, and has experience working on clients from all walks of life including but not limited to; chronic pain, auto, work, and general life related stress and musculoskeletal issues. Her specialties are focused on getting clients back to their daily activities, and improving their overall quality of life through various massage modalities. Trayce is also a Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist through ISSA. She offers Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Active Release Technique, shiatsu, Thai massage, Bamboo massage, and Pre-natal. Trayce loves to customize sessions based on her clients needs to achieve the best outcome, and she can’t wait to meet you all on her table!
