Thus, it is imperative that a trainer understands how your individual body works and that your training reflects that.

The goal for any trainer should be to push their client.  However, it is imperative that you are pushed to a comfortable limit.  That means that you are encouraged to work harder, so that you can get stronger and reach your ideal, but that you do not do so at any kind of physical risk.  The trainers at The Rehab understand this and ensure that a line of communication is kept open between the trainer and trainee.
