Tri-County Chiropractic of Exton is dedicated to offering the latest, state-of-the-art therapies for treating pain in the neck and low back caused by pinched nerves, disc bulges, disc herniations, facet syndrome, arthritis, sciatica and other degenerative changes that occur in the spine. Spinal Decompression Therapy is performed on the Chattanooga Triton DTS Decompressive Traction System. The decompression table utilizes gentle distractive forces to unload the spine, improve blood flow, and increase nutrient exchange to the injured area. A patients comfort and safety is of primary importance during therapy. Sessions typically last less than 20 minutes, and most patients report pain relief with as little as 6-10 treatments. Cold Laser Therapy

Dr. Jessica Kennedy and Dr. Leigh Ann Jasinnas of Tri-County Chiropractic of Exton have recently added a new form of treatment to the already extensive list in their office – low-level laser therapy! In addition to providing chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, and spinal decompression, Drs. Kennedy and Jasinnas feel that low-level laser therapy is a welcomed addition to the office. Low-level laser therapy is a minimally invasive modality that allows for accelerated cellular growth and repair. Benefits of laser therapy include faster recovery time, decreased inflammation, reduced scar tissue formation and increased blood flow.

Laser therapy provides another form of conservative yet effective care for pain and musculoskeletal complaints such as tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis, jumper’s knee, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis of the neck, knee, and hand, and many other conditions!

Rehabilitation

At Tri-County Chiropractic of Exton, we teach our patients how to perform special "blueprint" exercises which can help strengthen and correct the irregularities in their body which may be causing pain. Many of these corrective exercises can actually be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and spinal correction plan. In addition to skeletal misalignment, you may be experiencing pain that is caused by muscles and connective tissues which are out of their proper place. Other types of pain such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches are caused by muscles and tissues that are being used improperly, causing injuries over time. In each case, targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractor will help you feel good while also helping your body achieve balance and health.
