"Dr. Royal is a lifesaver.  She has helped me so much over the past year and we have created such an amazing bond it's like going to hang out with a friend when I go to an appointment.  She has helped my migraines immensely...and if one pops up she has even worked me into her schedule to get me some quick relief.  She is all about her patients! The day before thanksgiving I pulled something in my lower back and I didn't get out of work until 6 (I work super far away too).  It was a horrible day at work and I was a mess but I called her and she stayed open until I could make it to her after work in the holiday traffic!  She even had a huge dinner to prep and tend to her family...she is just such a sweetheart. Not only a great chiropractor but person in general.  

She also does not only adjust. She includes stretches and exercises to help strengthen the weak or problem areas you have to help eradicate the problem at the source.  Love this woman:)"
