If you have not registered for an account yet please follow the instructions below:
You can register for an account in three easy steps:
- Visit: https://portal.fh-cloud.com/#/
register and complete the registration form. - Upon receipt of the Patient Portal Account Confirmation email, click the link provided and re-enter your password.
- Link your account to your provider's clinic. To do this, click Manage > Clinic Links, then click Approve for your provider's clinic.
