My philosophy is ‘everything in moderation’, my treatment style is designed to teach and incorporate balance into the lives of my patients. I pride myself for providing a family atmosphere that is non-intimidating and friendly. I look forward to meeting you!'

Christine GarnerLMT
After I graduated from massage school in 2005, I knew I had a gift. A gift for wanting to help people.
Christine is passionate about massage, having honed her empathetic skills and healing touch in order to provide the best massage possible. She works hard to find the right balance between Therapeutic Massage and Muscle Rehab. My goal is to restore muscluar health, reduce pain and increase range of motion.
Christine is adept in Soft Tissue, Deep Tissue, Trigger point, Sport Massage, Hot stones, Injury/Rehabilitation as well as Medical Massage, and Cupping Therapy. I have studied extensively and incorporated various types of bodywork modalities into my therapy sessions.
