"Dr. Conway's workouts are different from any other workouts I've ever done. They are the most challenging and rewarding. In the beginning, I came to Dr. Conway for rehab for an injured ankle. The workouts were extremely difficult to complete, but I really liked them and each time I went I tried to do better. Over a year later, I continue to workout with Dr. Conway and have advanced to an even more challenging level of workouts. The results are amazing, they are much better than other programs because the recovery is faster. "Working out with Dr. Conway has helped me tremendously throughout all of my sports. I have been training with him for a little over two years now and my strength has improved to a level which seemed impossible. The workouts are probably the most intense and challenging workouts I have ever done, but in the end are also the most rewarding. While working out with Dr. Conway, you learn to train your mind and body and end up developing a sense of mental toughness. One thing that has really helped me throughout my sports is the ability to work harder and make my mind and body to fight through the intense workouts. Dr. Conway also does not have the same workouts for each person. As a swimmer, there are many different things that I should work on compared to what a football player would work on.
