The LifeLine Ignite Process is a five step manifestation tool to create what you want in life. The Ignite Process is a simple and profound tool that takes between 15 and 30 minutes to transform your mind from a reactive stressful state into a powerhouse of Intention, Creation and Love!
This class teaches you 5 of the 16 steps of a full LifeLine session, in a format that can be learned by anyone who is ready to grow.
You will learn:
1. The Connection: an exercise in getting present, similar to tuning a musical instrument
2. How to rate your symptoms, stressors and emotions, and then create an Intention in the I am _____ feeling ______ format.
3. The See Feel Hear Process - to move through three main ways we process our emotions
4. The Assemblage Point and Walking and Breathing - how this integrates your body with the cross crawl mechanism
5. The Five Basics of Self-Love
The LifeLine Technique® was featured on the HEAL Documentary on Netflix, and is the life work of Dr. Darren Weissman, a Holistic Chiropractor.
This class is in webinar format and will be divided between two different days.
Saturday - 9am to 5:30pm CDT - 8 hours of class plus a 30 minute lunch break
Sunday - 1pm to 5pm CDT - 4 hours of class/review

An electronic version of the course manual will be emailed to you. There will be no printed materials mailed to participants. If you would like a paper copy of the manual to have for during class, please print one off for yourself in advance.
