After a hectic day, a nice long soak in a hot bath is just the ticket. Now try adding Epsom Salt, and you will be enhancing the experience greatly. Epsom Salt can help improve the way you feel and ease away the tension – it’s not just a state of mind, it’s really working physiologically too! Whether you have sore, tired feet from standing all day, an aching, stiff back and neck muscles from working at your desk, or you have bug bites from being at the cottage all weekend, you will benefit from having an Epsom Salt bath.

Epsom Salt can reduce tenderness in your muscles. I like to recommend it after a massage therapy treatment, to remedy any tenderness (in your muscles) from the treatment and to help purify the body by drawing the toxins out of the skin. Epsom Salt baths can also relieve common skin irritations, such as bug bites, minor cuts and scratches and can even help on more serious skin conditions, like eczema, athlete’s foot, and psoriasis.

So fill the tub and toss in a handful of Epsom Salt and relax! The salt is working for you J
