One more reason we love seeing hard-working student athletes

We have had the privilege of serving many student, scholarship and professional athletes over the years. As a Sacramento Chiropractor,  I love seeing many of the college athletes when they come home in the summer and on Holiday breaks. One thing I often hear is about the pressure to stay in the game and consistently perform. It's apparent that it's not necessarily from the coaches or trainer, or even parents. It is more often from within themselves!  It makes sense, as they are the ones who have worked so hard and love the competition and satisfaction that comes with playing. Nobody wants to sit on the sidelines or court-side and be in pain.  Pain is real, and most of the time it should be listened to, and not numbed with medication and particularly opioids. If needed, refer your kids and friends to a local chiropractor.  We'll help them heal naturally, and just say no to drugs. There are many good docs in every community. Check our post today on our Facebook page about this issue.

Keep up the good playin!
