Fit For Your Journey

Got health?  Yes of course you have some, since you are reading this!  But is it "so-so" health,"good"  health or vibrant health?  Hmmm. I suppose that all means different things to different people.  Yes I know I am different!

Around my home and clinic, I like to shoot for Vibrant health.  What I mean by that is excellent health that enables me to do not only the things I need to do, but the things I want to do, and there are many.

I suppose it also means not having to do things I don't want to do too. Like have to take medicines, go to lots of doctors and perhaps have to endure some uncomfortable and awkward medical procedures just to remain on this side of the dirt! 

I have to admit, it is not easy to keep up with all the have to's - like eating right, exercising and getting plenty of rest. We all share the struggles there. There is no secret sauce that makes it easy, but lots of good resources.  

I am putting the finishing touches on a compilation of articles that I have previously written for magazines. The book when published will be called "Fit for your journey."
