Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years in China. It is based on an energetic model of the human body, and believes that energy, called Qi (pronounced "chee"), flows thru the body on a complex inter-connected network of energy pathways called meridians. When qi is blocked, it becomes stagnant, and causes pain. Disease may result when an organ is not getting enough energy to function properly.

At Bruce Chiropractic, we are well practiced with many forms of care and are experienced in treating various conditions. We work closely with the local medical community to care for our patients.

 Our team is happy to verify your benefits for you when possible.  Many plans have unique coverage guidelines for chiropractic care. Our team will make every effort to ensure you understand your plans coverage prior to starting care. Acupuncture and Class IV Laser Therapy are Self Pay Only services. 

At Bruce Chiropractic, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Your first visit will include interview time where we will make sure we understand your problem and how it affects your life as well as your expectations for care. To determine the causes of your complaints we will perform an examination and when clinically warranted testing may be ordered. A thorough explanation of your problem and all available treatment options, with possible outcomes, will be given. All questions will be answered to your complete satisfaction. If you choose care with us, it will start immediately. Whenever possible, care is offered during your first visit, but sometimes clinically necessary testing may be ordered. 

Our short plans are designed to get you the fastest, most effective relief and the quickest complete recovery. Once your goals are achieved we release our patients to care for themselves. We are aware that there are times when continued care is warranted, such as when a patient has a more complicated chronic and severe problem. In those instances, minimizing the need for care is our goal.
