Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can ever do for your life, health and family. I do believe once you set your mind to something and commit 110% you can do it. Lots of info on quitting. Support groups. Change of lifestyle. Every time you want to smoke go for a walk, do 10 push-ups, breathe 3 deep breaths and hold each on in to a count of 5 and Slowly exhale through your mouth to a count of 7. Get rid of the triggers. For some it’s alcohol/beer. For others it’s stress. Get rid of all the ashtrays in your home if you have any. Some people never smoke inside the house because they don’t want their home to stink but what about the lungs and the inside if your body? Hang out with people who don’t smoke. Take up a new hobby.... helping others quit. Hope this helps someone who is quitting or wants to quit.
