    Dr. Rad S. Bootstaylor

Rad S. Bootstaylor, MD, native of San Francisco, Calif, and practicing physician for over 25 years managing various aspects of patient bodily pain. Dr. Bootstaylor approaches care for his patients with sensitivity and understanding of their desire to “feel better” and “get better”. Dr. Bootstaylor’s ability to discuss medical treatment options for injured patients comes from his many years of patient care. As a Board-Certified Specialist performing invasive diagnostic procedures since completing Fellowship training in 1994, this provides insight into patient anxiety and concerns with injections. Dr. Bootstaylor is also Board Certified in Pain Management with the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM). The procedures performed (e.g., epidural steroid injections, joint injections) are thoroughly reviewed, alleviating any fear from having the procedure. As a physician treating personal injury patients, the key to becoming better is understanding the cause of “pain” and personalizing the recommendations for treatment. The goal of achieving better health overall and alleviation of pain caused by accident, injury and normal life events is available to his many patients who “get better” and “feel better”.

  • Dr. Nia Clark
    Dr. Nia Clark

Dr. Nia Clark, who earned her doctorate degree from New York University (NYU) and a graduate degree from Georgia State University, specializes in helping to return those with physical deficits to a healthy, “normal” and pain-free active lifestyle.

This is accomplished through a professionally planned, prescribed, course of exercise and physical therapy that has been applied, tested, and proven to be effective -- as incorporated within the Atlanta Spine Center rehabilitation program.

With just less than a decade of experience in sub-acute care, neurologic rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, worker’s compensation, sports medicine, and chronic conditions, the highly qualified Dr. Clark is professionally skilled, educated, and trained to mitigate a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions related to surgery, falls, injuries, vehicle accidents, post-operative rehabilitation, repetitive stress damage, poor postural habits, chronic disease as well as sports injuries.

After undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation herself,  Dr. Clarke, a high school basketball, softball, hurdler, and middle-distance runner, specializes in getting clients disabled by injuries and back to their normal, active lifestyle by identifying the root cause of the mobility issue encountered coupled with the prescription, hands-on manipulation and rehabilitation plan that is most likely to enhance living conditions, lifestyle, pain-free existence and mobility not thought possible by the impaired client. From gifted, elite athletes to older adults with stiffness and chronic discomforts, Dr. Clark has promoted healing, fitness, and a return to mobility for a wide spectrum of clients.

“I am committed to getting you better, realizing a greater degree of physical mobility, and improving your lifestyle,” says Dr. Clark.  “In the world of physical therapy and rehabilitation, few recoveries are easily accomplished and instantaneous.  But, working together -- with specific goals planned over a defined period of time -- I would like to think, I like to believe that all motivated clients can reach their full potential for recovery and physical mobility.”
