A Journey to Healing

Dr. Spennetta was born and raised in the Greater Madison area. His passion for chiropractic care began at a young age following a whiplash injury at 11 years old, which resulted in daily migraine headaches for two years. It wasn’t until he tried chiropractic care that he found relief. Amazed by the results, he decided to dedicate his life to helping others live pain-free.

After graduating “cum laude” from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Spennetta started his practice in Oshkosh, where he focused largely on pediatric care. His love for working with children, who are always full of energy and respond quickly to treatment, cemented his commitment to chiropractic care.

A Return to Madison

As a tremendous fan and supporter of the UW Badgers football and basketball programs, Dr. Spennetta and his family longed to return to Madison. In 1994, he took over a practice on Madison’s west side, serving the Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton, and Madison communities. Here, he utilizes professional and time-proven alternatives to traditional, costly healthcare that focuses solely on symptoms. Instead, Dr. Spennetta aims to correct the root cause of health problems.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Spennetta has helped countless patients, witnessing remarkable recoveries such as children stopping bedwetting after a few treatments, babies overcoming colic, patients experiencing relief from dizziness, and debilitating carpal tunnel and bulging disc pain vanishing. His passion for helping people, especially those involved in car accidents or suffering from whiplash, remains strong. He has personally evaluated over 1,500 individuals following recent car accidents, and many thousands more for other aches and pains.

Dr. Spennetta’s dedication to his field has earned him numerous accolades. The Consumer’s Research Council of America has named him one of “America’s Top Chiropractors” in spinal trauma twelve times. Additionally, he has received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Whiplash Resource Network, as well as “Best Chiropractor” from the People’s Choice Awards.
