Clients of Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) care report significant improvements in their ability to heal, manage stress, emotional and mental health, sense of wellbeing, as well as physical symptoms.  As clients heal with NSA, research from the University of Southern California Irvine Neurobiology Department also demonstrates that patients are able to make healthier choices regarding their wellbeing and stick to those choices with ease.  We love this, and are very passionate about the fact that educated clients make the BEST decisions for their health and wellness.  We provide monthly education on ways to enhance your care and your overall health.

Over 60% of Americans are burnt out and stress is the number 1 reason why people visit a doctor’s office.  People need answers and Mindfulness is one of them!  Mindfulness involves your ability to focus or shift the state of your mind in an instant.  Changing the way you think and what you think about plays a major role in your physiology and healing.  This isn’t as easy as many of us would like it to be……. brain fog, fatigue, and negative thinking are unfortunately incredibly common.  One of the most frequent indicators of too much stress is waking up in the middle of the night and starting to think (lying awake for hours), or not being able to wind down at night due to a constantly active mind.   Learn how to change these patterns in an instant with top strategies discussed in class with Dr. Leah.  While most of us consistently think of a vehicle for change in our lives as exercise and diet, thinking right and mindfulness are often the most overlooked yet the most necessary aspects that need to change in many people’s lives.

Polarities

Polarities and Rhythms: Tuning into Your Body's Message
In-Person Class on Monday, June 3 at 6:15pm MT
Register with a member of the BIB Front Desk Team!

When we reach a point in which we have had enough of a current experience or are in enough discomfort, it drives us to take action in the form of seeking external sources of support. You might hear yourself saying things like "this is a horrible situation," "my pain is unbearable," "he is so wrong," "I hate that idea," or "my shoulder no longer works."  This is the experience of extremes.  You have enough energy in the form of frustration, anger, or even defeat to make a change.  This change requires personal power. But what if you could access this personal power by shifting your inner dialogue about the extreme experience you're having in your body.  What if you could take the time to listen to what your body is really trying to tell you such as "this career no longer suits me" or "this relationship is toxic." In this class we will explore the polarities and rhythms associated with those extremes on a physiological level to better understand what your body is truly telling you.  We will connect to tension patterns that are expressed based on external inputs and build energy to harness your personal power.
