Recipe Type: Salad

The blend of parsley, rosemary, and a red onion really add to the flavor of this bean salad.
Ingredients
- 1 can each of canneloni, kidney, and garbanzo beans
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup fresh parsley or dry equivalent
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar- with the mother
- Stevia, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
Instructions
- Mix all together. Let sit overnight.
