Three Bean Salad

The blend of parsley, rosemary, and a red onion really add to the flavor of this bean salad.
Ingredients

  • 1 can each of canneloni, kidney, and garbanzo beans
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cup fresh parsley or dry equivalent
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar- with the mother
  • Stevia, to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all together. Let sit overnight.
