Hydration and Rest

I was listening today to a podcast about weight loss.  The just of the podcast was that people often get hung up on purely their weight, mostly on whether they need to lose more of it, instead of looking at the over all picture of weight loss and health.  The guest speaker of the podcast, who has worked with many a celebrity said that he first makes a client work on getting more rest (if needed, and most people need that) and more hydration.  His point was that if you don't get enough sleep and water your body won't function as well as it is meant to and eventually you will burn yourself out. 

I thought it was a good point.  Drink more water and get proper rest and you will see a huge difference in not only your health but in your demeanor, productivity, and relationships.
