Direct Billing

If your Extended Heath Plan is BLUE CROSS, we can absolutely direct bill for you. All other plans, we can check if direct billing is available. If we cannot direct bill, all fees are the patient's responsibility. We will provide you with a receipt to submit claim to your provider.
