Exercises to Reduce Upper Back Stiffness

Is your upper back hurting? Do you feel the need to stretch it? Try out the exercises below. You will just need a foam roll, a ball and a towel. Let's get started!

Make sure your shoulders are relaxed and you are not shrugging them to perform the exercise properly. For the Mid-Back Rotation, you can put your head on a towel for your comfort.
