Pinched Nerve's and Why they Hurt so Bad and How to Fix IT
It's called a Pinch Nerve because it feels like the Nerve is being Squeezed and Pinched.
Your Spine consists of 33 individual bones that is called your Spinal Column It's very Important because it protects your, “Nervous System”. Your Nervous System controls everything from your Heartbeat to your Emotions. It is a complex network of Nerve's and cells that carry Messages to and from the Brain and Spinal Cord to Various parts of Your Body.
Your Spinal Cord has 31 pairs of nerves: 8 Cervical, 12 Thoracic, 5 Lumbar, 5 Sacral, 1 Coccygeal. Each Connect to your Spinal Cord. Only 24 Spinal Bones are Movable and can get Subluxated. This is Very Important because when Spinal bones are Misaligned it can encroach upon Nerve Roots and Cause Your Irritation. This is what you feel when you get that pinching sensation.
