Sparkle this November

Last month the Summit Team attended the UCA conference in Birmingham. Every year it brings together Chiropractors and CA's, with lots of amazing speakers, training and new information. 

One of the main themes we picked up on was living life with purpose. The speakers were passionate about their work and had a strong sense of direction and purpose.

 In fact, recent research suggests that those who live with a high sense of purpose were 2.43 times less likely to die prematurely than those with a low one. 

The Japanese even have a word for this called "ikigai". Do you know your purpose? Maybe you already have one. It could be your children or a hobby, a business or a life goal. Whatever it is, it may help you live a longer, healthier life.
