Meet The Team

- Based at our practice in Watford -

After a three year university degree in Sports Rehabilitation at the University of Hull, I discovered my passion for chiropractic. I attended the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth where I completed my four year Masters degree in 2013.

Previously I worked at one of the biggest chiropractic companies in Europe. During my time there I continued to grow my skills attending seminars across the UK, Europe and America, including Cal Jam, one of the best well known annual chiropractic conferences, with over 2,500 people.

I have a great passion for sports, and as a keen footballer myself, nothing inspires me more than being able to help a sports person recover from an injury or to improve general sporting performance so they are at the top of their game.

In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my wife, son and daughter, playing football or travelling up and down the M1 to see my family in Scarborough, my home town.

I am so excited to help the local community achieve better health after graduating from Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2011. 

I practice what I preach and lead a chiropractic lifestyle by getting adjusted regularly, staying positive, eating well and exercising often, so I hope to empower people to make better health decisions.

Chiropractic truly is a passion of mine - James and I also coach and mentor other Chiropractors  and healthcare professionals to be the best they can be.

I love taking care of families. The youngest baby I have checked was just two days old and the eldest person I have looked after was 100 years old - Chiropractic really is for everyone!

When not adjusting I am being kept busy looking after our 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter. I also enjoy cooking and socialising with friends. 

Before starting working at Summit, I was living in New Zealand for two years with my boyfriend. I’m originally from Birmingham but have just recently moved down here to Watford. I am still trying to find my way around so any recommendations would be appreciated ☺

Before living in New Zealand I was living in Canada and I am a big fan of the outdoors and being active.

I love getting to see all of our wonderful clients across both practices and working with the lovely team here at Summit Chiropractic. I do all the exams and reassessments which is really good fun so I look forward to helping you in any way I can.

I started working at Summit Chiropractic in September 2020. You will find me with James in Watford as clients get adjusted and also I perform the physical tests.

I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2018 and studied Performing Arts (Dance). Since then I have started my own dance fitness company and hopefully will make my way towards opening my own dance school.

I love dancing, music, and food - I eat everything. I have a really big family. My nephews are my favourite humans. Also I have a love for travelling, the two countries I want to visit the most are Japan and Bora Bora. 

I started working at Summit in Hemel Hempstead in March 2021. My role here is to do the physical tests and assist Sophie day to day.

Before I started at Summit I had been training in a salon for a few years, so I know a lot about hair.

I love socialising with friends and family and going out. I also enjoy food...I'm guilty of having more takeaways than I should!
