Gratitude is the best attitude

Practising gratitude is actively giving thanks. This can either be towards a person, or things you have. It includes things big and small and tunes your mind into what you do have rather than what you don't. Being more positive has been found to have an impact on your health. 


3 ways to practice GRATITUDE:

* Notice good things regularly throughout the day. Actively look for good and appreciate it.

* Saver, absorb and really pay attention to those good things. Close your eyes for 2 minutes per day to say thanks. You'll be surprised once you've done this for awhile how many things you can begin to list. 

* Express gratitude to yourself, by saying positive things to yourself in the mirror. It will seem strange at first but self love is something we could all do more of.
