What is the $99 New Patient Experience?
Back to Health Chiropractic is proud to offer a new patient experience with a maximum out of pocket cost of $99 so you know exactly what to expect. We believe the fear that prevents someone from trying new things like chiropractic is really just a fear of the unknown - and with that comes a fear of cost. By making our initial new patient evaluation experience a maximum out of pocket cost of $99 (or less if your insurance benefits allow), we eliminate the fear of "How much will it cost to get started?". We can then focus entirely on you and determining if you are, or are not, a candidate for chiropractic care. If you're like most, you'll be saying "I wish I would have came here a long time ago". This new patient experience includes a private consultation with the Doctor to discuss your health and wellness goals, a complete chiropractic exam and x-rays, if necessary, using state-of-the-art technology; as well as a second visit with your doctor to discuss your examination findings and treatment recommendations if chiropractic care is appropriate for you. If not, we'll let you know that too and refer you to the appropriate physician, if necessary.
This is a Two Day Experience!
The new patient experience at Back to Health Chiropractic is a two day process. On your first visit, which will take about an hour, we will thoroughly discuss your health concerns and goals, and perform an extensive spinal evaluation consisting of orthopedic and neurological testing, range of motion, thermography, SEMG (all of which are completely painless) and digital X-rays, if needed. See the complete BTH Evaluation Protocol below. We will gather all the information we need to be able to create a written report of our findings that will be detailed with you on your next visit. On your second visit (usually the following day), we will explain in simple terms exactly what is wrong, if chiropractic can help, how long it will take to get better, and how much your initial phase of care will cost. To find out your results on your second visit is no charge and no additional costs will occur until they are thoroughly explained in advance and if you choose to proceed. Treatment, if you need it, will begin immediately on this second visit so you can begin your road to recovery.
What if I Have (or Don't Have) Insurance?
No insurance? No problem! Whether you have insurance or not has no effect on the recommended care you may need. To be frank, insurance companies don't care about your health like you and your doctor do. We make care affordable no matter your financial situation. Chiropractic care is by far the "biggest bang for your buck" in healthcare, and is just a fraction of the cost compared to medical care. If you do not have insurance to help you or if we are "out of network", then your new patient experience will cost only $99 which includes everything you need for us to determine if we can help you or not. If you have insurance, you may owe less than the maximum out of pocket $99 depending if you have a copay, a met deductible or other conditions that might reduce your cost. But whatever your financial situation, your initial visit to see if chiropractic is right for you will not exceed $99. There is no obligation to continue with the care you may need and are recommended. The choice is always yours. For those without insurance, very high deductible or very limited coverage, Back to Health Chiropractors offers discounts for treatment through the ChiroHealthUSA Discount Medical Savings Program.
