Originally from Tattnall County, I moved to Effingham County where I became a team member of Hamby Chiropractic & Wellness, Ltd. in September of 1989.

My husband and I have been blessed to be married for 26 years and we have two children. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and experiencing God's creation. I find great joy in being a mother and I am very passionate about biblical parenting. Our family is an active member of Community Bible Church.

After working in several different positions in our office, I have discovered that working directly with patients to be the most rewarding. As our mission statement declares, we are truly dedicated to providing the finest chiropractic health and wellness solutions to families to help them reach their maximum health potential. We truly believe families who received chiropractic care are healthier than those who do not.

I am excited to be a part of alternative health care especially considering chiropractic has been proven to be one of the safest approaches to naturally and holistically treating patients. We look forward to serving you!

Originally from Savannah, I moved to Rincon, Georgia in 2005. I became a certified personal trainer in 2009, to pursue my passion for fitness and to help change people’s lives for the better. I am inspired by those who commit to lifestyle changes, not only to promote overall health but to accomplish the goals they never thought they could achieve. Other interests I enjoy are going to the beach, kayaking, horseback riding, and listening to live music.

I started getting adjusted in 2010 when I became a part of the Hamby Chiropractic team. Before chiropractic, I suffered from severe migraines most of my adult life. Thanks to the adjustments, I now live a subluxation-free lifestyle. I have gone from 2-3 migraines a week to occasionally 1 a month. I am truly grateful to be able to work for a practice that promotes health and wellness in all aspects of life. My goal is to inform our patients that the greatest medicine of all is teaching them how NOT to need it!

Originally from Montreal, Canada, I have lived in Georgia for over 20 years now.  Our family moved from the Atlanta area to Rincon in 2016, and we are enjoying the coastal region of Georgia.

My husband and I have been married since 1998 and we have two wonderful daughters. We love traveling as a family, trying new foods, and just laughing together.  We are committed members of our church, and purpose to grow in our faith.  In addition, I love learning about different cultures, spending time with friends, and drinking good coffee.

Joining Hamby Chiropractic has been such a great blessing.  What a joy it is to be part of a team whose goal is to help patients experience true wellness through chiropractic care while treating them like family.  My desire is to combine my love for people with my administrative skills to best meet the needs of the Hamby Chiropractic practice. I am looking forward to serving you!

Born in Savannah, Georgia, I grew up at Hamby Chiropractic & Wellness. I spent many days at the office after school entertaining the staff and patients.

After high school, I attended the University of South Carolina where I earned a bachelor's degree. After college, I returned home and to Hamby Chiropractic & Wellness. I later earned my personal trainer certification so that I might be a better asset to the practice. 

I am passionate about health and wellness, and it is a great honor to be able to use my knowledge and skills to serve the patients that walk in the doors of Hamby Chiropractic & Wellness. 

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, traveling, playing video games, and furthering my education.
