Judy has been involved in the healing arts her entire life. She completed Bachelor of Science degrees in both Human Development and Occupational Therapy. Always looking to deepen her knowledge and practices, she then completed several training programs in Energy Healing - the art of assisting people in identifying and then releasing energy blockages. Energy blocks occur through trauma, built-up or unresolved emotions, limited belief systems and past programming. Using a variety of techniques, Judy is able to assist people in becoming more balanced, clear and intentional in the way they move through their lives. She runs weekly meditation classes that provide a structure for on-going support.
Monthly Conscious Living workshops are also offered as another way to deepen the understanding of spiritual principles and integrating practical tools into one’s daily life.
