The Mladenoff Clinic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that is affordable. Our office is an out-of-network provider for all insurance programs. The patient makes payment to the clinic as the service is rendered. All of your insurance paperwork will be done for you by the clinic. We are now a paperless compliant clinic, all of your claims will be submitted electronically for your reimbursement.
