Physical Therapy:
Physical Therapy focuses on the preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function impaired or threatened by disability, injury, or disease that utilizes therapeutic exercise, physical modalities (as massage and electrotherapy), assistive devices, and patient education and training
Spinal Decompression:
Spinal decompression is achieved both surgically and non-surgically and is used to treat conditions that result in chronic back pain such as disc bulge, disc herniation, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and isthmic and degenerative spondylolisthesis. Non-surgical spinal decompression is achieved through the use of a mechanical traction device that controls the force and angle of disc distraction, which reduces the body’s natural propensity to resist external force and/or generate muscle spasm.
Massage Therapy:
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Rehabilitative techniques are used when soft tissues of the body are causing pain and/or dysfunction. The focus of the session is to address the soft tissue pain and dysfunction.
