With many Coronavirus related gym closures, many of us are wondering what we are supposed to do to keep fit in times of social distancing. Well thanks to the guys at Brute Force Training, we can work out at home with no equipment, and no worries of getting sick from someone else! Check out the workout below!
Workout #1
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Air Squats
Push-Ups
Mountain Climbers
Sit-Ups
Workout Instructions: For workout #1 you will complete 10 reps of each movement. Then complete 9 reps of each movement. Then 8, then 7 etc. until all reps are completed.
For example, 10 air squats, 10 push-ups, 10 mountain climbers (Right Leg + Left Leg = 1 Rep), 10 sit-ups. Then 9 air squats, 9 push-ups, 9 mountain climbers, 9 sit-ups. Etc. You get the idea.
As always, if you have any difficulties or pain with any exercise, slow down, modify, or avoid that movement. When others come through, I will share them with you all as well! Stay safe out there.
