Dr. Dimov was born and raised in Bulgaria. He moved to Fairfax, VA twenty-three years ago to pursue the American dream. Growing up, he was always fascinated with the human body and its complexity which led him first to become a massage therapist and then a to get a degree for Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from George Mason University in Virginia. During his undergraduate studies he continued to work as massage therapist which helped him to gain deep understanding of human movement, anatomy and biomechanics. Also, he developed a keen interest in alternative medicine and holistic health practice.
Dr. Dimov’s passion to learn more about the human body and his desire to help people inspired him to pursue a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He enrolled at Palmer Chiropractic College, one of the most prestigious chiropractic school in the country, to fulfill his dream of becoming a skilled chiropractor. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Dimov immersed himself in the study of chiropractic techniques, including spinal manipulations, soft tissue therapies, biomechanics and nutrition. He was fascinated by the holistic approach to healthcare that chiropractic offers and the fact that it seeks to address the root cause of an individual’s pain and discomfort, rather than simply masking the symptoms. After completing his education at Palmer, Dr. Dimov had dedicated his career to helping people improve their physical well-being through chiropractic care and massage therapy. He is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality care possible, taking the time to understand their unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of their discomfort.
When he is not at work, Dr. Dimov enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring the natural beauty of Florida, and staying active through sports and outdoor activities. He is grateful for the opportunity to live and work in such a vibrant and diverse community and looks forward to many more years of helping his patients live healthy, pain-free lives.
