Your First Visit
BEFORE THE FIRST VISIT:
We will request you to fill our patient forms location in the “New Patient” center on our website. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself. When calling to schedule your appointment, a team member will ask you to complete these forms before your first visit to save you time. Please bring your insurance cards with you to the office.
CONSULTATION:
Upon entering our office our team will welcome you as a member of our practice. You will begin a consultation with one of the doctors where your detailed health history will be discussed. During this consultation the doctor will review your goals for care and how our office will be a guide for you to meet your goals.

EXAMINATION:
After your consultation, the doctors will perform a complete chiropractic examination. Initial tests and assessments will include orthopedic and neurological tests, range of motion, postural exam, blood pressure, and EMG and Thermograph of the spine. Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation. Most practice members are amazed once they view their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent. Relief care is offered the first day and at-home instructions are given.
REPORT OF FINDINGS: (2nd Visit)
The doctors’ top priority is detecting nervous system interference and subluxation. Once all the examinations and information have been reviewed, the doctors will sit down with you and show you your exam findings. You will be told what’s wrong, if we can help you, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If the doctors believe that chiropractic treatment can not help your problem, they will recommend an alternate course of action. We will also review affordable payment plans that are suited to your financial situation. Many people do not have insurance coverage, so payment options are affordable whether you have insurance or not.
