Welcome to the Natural Care Wellness Center new patient center!
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
That's why at Natural Care Wellness Center our aim is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.
To make things easier for everyone, please print off the appropriate new patient paperwork and have it completely filled out before you arrive at our office. If you are unable to print this paperwork, please arrive at our office 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill it out. Please plan to be here between 45 and 60 minutes for your initial visit. Subsequent visits are much quicker!
We will also need your health insurance card at the first visit, if you have insurance. We will call in to your insurance company to check your chiropractic benefits when you get here.
