Melody Libatique, DC

Dr. Melody Libatique was raised in British Columbia, Canada. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Simon FraserUniversity. During her undergrad, she worked as a chiropractic assistant and was fascinated by the improvements in health from chiropractic treatment. Her passion for the field propelled her to complete a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic at the University of Western States College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Libatique knows first hand how auto accidents can affect one’s life, limit functionality and inhibit daily tasks. Her treatment approach is to first relieve pain and then focus on preventive measures to minimize or eliminate injury and promote functionality. She uses effective, hands-on chiropractic techniques to treat acute and physical injuries that may arise from chronic conditions involving the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems.

She promotes an active lifestyle and enjoys a variety of activities. As a former competitive athlete in dance, she understands the importance of proper body mechanics. Dr. Libatique has certifications in Active Release Technique (A.R.T), Functional and Kinetic Training Rehabilitation (FAKTR), Graston and Rock tape Fascial Movement Taping. She likes to have a variety of treatment techniques because people respond differently to the same treatments and her intention is to cater to each person’s needs. Dr. Libatique strives to provide appropriate care and proper rehabilitation for every patient that enters the clinic.
