Dr. Karen CarewDr. Karen Carew has 20+years of experience in diagnosing, treating and managing patient care. Beginning with a single private chiropractic clinic to ownership of multiple healthcare clinics, it is her personal philosophy and mission to provide excellence in patient care through cutting-edge technologies, state-of-the-art facilities and unparalleled patient relations.
Dr. Carew graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1996 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. It was there that she met her husband, Dr. Joe Carew and together they relocated to South Carolina to begin their Chiropractic careers and raise their family. It was their goal to bring excellent care to their community. Together they have owned and managed 11 clinics in South Carolina receiving numerous awards at the national level and state level.
Dr. Carew has also completed rigorous studies in order to complete national requirements as a Certified Medical Examiner.
Dr. Carew provides chiropractic care to people of all ages — using techniques such as Gonstead, Thompson, Activator and Diversified. Progressive rehab includes therapeutic exercise and various passive therapies to help the patient feel better as quickly as possible but also to stabilize and stay well longer. Nutritional supplementation is very important for the health and well-being of her patients. Spinal Decompression is a form of treatment for patients spinal disc conditions used with tremendous results.

Dr. Ryan DukeOriginally from West Virginia, Dr. Duke received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology in 2017. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2020. During his time at New York Chiropractic College, he also received his Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition.

Dr. Thomas RyanDr. Thomas is originally from Columbia, SC. He then moved to Columbia, MO where he attended the University of Missouri where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (2018). Dr. Thomas then went on to attend Logan University Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (Magna Cumme Laude, 2021).

Dr. Cary DesmidtDr. Cary has been serving up adjustments since graduating almost ten years ago from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. She found healing in chiropractic during her high school years, when her childhood episodes of asthma, ear infections, and bronchitis stopped within the first year of receiving chiropractic care, and her sports performance improved in swim team, tennis, and track. Annually, Dr. Cary attends pro-sports combine events to bring chiropractic advancements from the professional level to the local community. Locally, Dr. Cary is recognized in the community for pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic (Webster's Technique), pediatric and autistic cranial adjusting, post concussion cranial therapies, sports chiropractic and extremity adjusting. Dr. Cary holds a certification in medi-cupping/vacutherapies through A.C.E. Cupping of Asheville, North Carolina benefitting muscles, sinuses, lymphatic, and scoliosis. Additional certifications include FMT kinesiotaping, C.A.T.S. cranial adjusting, Graston, Activator, nutritional muscle testing, Advanced Clinical Kinesiology, and a four year B.S. Biology Degree from Chicago, IL.
Her adventures include beach running, paddle boarding, hiking, cooking, and enjoying the sunshine with her siberian husky puppy, Kai.
