In April 2009, I made my first visit to Moore Chiropractic. I was experiencing pain in both my lower back and neck. The first x-ray clearly detailed the damage to my spine caused by years of competitive sports and 24 years as an infantry officer in the Canadian Army. While my parents and I had found chiropractic treatments to be helpful in the past, it had been some time since my last treatment and I had some concerns. Dr. Moore clearly outlined the adjustments required; how he was going to make the adjustments; how long the treatment would take; and, how much the treatment would cost. There were no surprises.
Within 2 months of regular treatments the pain was gone and the ongoing adjustments have ensured that the pain has not returned. I have more flexibility in both my back and neck. I am now feeling the best I have felt in many years and, I have not had a major outbreak of my Crohn's disease since the treatments began.
I have been on a 3 year journey to improve my well being through better eating habits and exercise. I know that my well being has improved significantly due to the professional treatment provided by Dr. Moore.
