We take a 4-step approach to guiding you toward the right treatments for your needs:

YOUR CURRENT STATE OF HEALTH

On visiting the Centre for your first appointment, our focus will be on learning as much as we can about you and what health problems you want to address. You’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and discrete centre assistants, and asked to fill in some forms detailing your medical history as well as expectations regarding treatment. You’ll be seated in a quiet and comfortable area with an assistant to hand if you have any questions.

MEET YOUR PRACTITIONER

Before making a physical examination, we always find it helpful to have an informal chat with new members. You’ll meet your Doctor of Chiropractic or other practitioner for a detailed chat about your current state of health, ongoing conditions and goals for the future. Our practitioners will always listen patiently, attentively and without judgement. We’re experts when it comes to putting you at ease, so don’t worry if you’re a little tense or nervous about attending for the first time.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

In order to determine the best course of treatment, a physical examination will be carried out by your practitioner. We can learn a lot simply by touch, but sometimes an x-ray is the only way to tell exactly what the problem is. To get a clearer picture and to rule out any serious conditions, we may take you into our state-of-the-art digital x-ray suite for imaging. If you have any anxieties regarding your physical examination, we completely understand, and encourage you to bring a partner or friend for moral support if you wish.

FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CARE

Now that we have a thorough understanding of your personal and medical history, current state of health and goals for the future, we are ready to recommend a course of treatment. Our aim is for all our members to enjoy life in the best of health, so our recommendations will reflect this. But it’s up to you to choose the care that best reflects your own expectations and finances. If you’re worried about costs, please talk to us about our flexible payment plans.
