Our feet are our foundation; they ground us. Misalignment can start with a bad foundation. After reviewing your results, it is up to the doctor’s discretion to recommend orthotics. Orthotics are easy to use and can make a big difference. Simply sliding your insoles into your everyday shoes, even for a few hours, can make a difference in your alignment.
