We are located at 5313 Lyndale Avenue South in the Boulevard Commons building. There is a parking lot in the rear of the building and our entrance is at the south end.

Welcome! Our staff will greet you at the front desk. You will be asked to provide a photo ID and a copy of any insurance you would like us to do a benefits check on.
Our digital x- ray technology is quick and effective, allowing for shorter exposure time and better results. Please make sure to let the doctor know if you are pregnant or have any other questions or concerns about x-rays.
During the doctor's report of findings, your x-ray and exam findings will be reviewed. We encourage you to bring someone with you to this visit. In most cases we will have had a chance to verify your insurance and can let you know what to expect if you would like to begin care.
