We all know that In order to stay healthy we have to keep in mind certain practices that are passed down from experts or gurus in the health field. Everyone knows that the key to vitality is getting the right sleep and the right exercise which is easy to say but very hard to keep up with. New workouts and new healthy foods and new sleeping habits keep on servicing to change our routines and make us believe that whatever we're doing is not good enough and we need to do more or change our ways of thinking to keep up with the newest fashion foods and workouts. Today is going to be just a reminder for some healthy habits that you can do which are recommended by most health care experts.
- Early to bed and early to rise. It's already important to sleep early and try to beat the Sun every morning if you can.
- Exercise at least one hour per day period. It's important to continue the blood flow and not be stagnant.
- Eat every 2 hours. Continue the high metabolism and do not let your body work on survival mode which will promote storage of fats and carbohydrates that you do not need which would lead to gaining weight.
- Take 1 hour per day to learn something new whether it's going to be watching something such as a lecture or reading a book or listening to a podcast. Keeping the mind fresh will give you more reasons to stay healthy and live longer.
- Laugh as much as you can. Find whatever makes you happy and do more of that.
- Stay pain-free. Pain is not normal and you don't have to get used to it and live with it. The more pain you have the less quality of life and less function you have to be able to do what you enjoy the most.
- Find out what your mission is and try to help out as many people as you can with your mission.
