All of our providers are currently in network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. Dr. Ryan Mullen is an in-network provider for United Healthcare for chiropractic services. If you have a different insurance, we would be considered an out of network provider. As each patients plan is unique, we always recommend you call your insurance before scheduling to confirm what will be covered by your specific plan. Our staff will cross-verify and explain your benefits on the day of your visit.
Please make sure you obtain a referral prior to your visit if your insurance requires it. All patients with Medicare, Aetna and United Healthcare must obtain a referral for Physical Therapy treatment. All Veterans must obtain prior authorization from Veterans Affairs prior to scheduling an appointment.
Please let us know if you have an open auto accident, personal injury, or workman's compensation case. We will coordinate with the insurance companies, and help you recover.
